JOB SUMMARY

Directly reporting to Junior manager, HRAD. Assist in performing different HRAD functions of the company specifically on recruitment, selection & deployment system for all employees. Maintain and update records for employees and assist on internal communication and implementation of HRAD Policies and administrative programs.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

Recommend to Junior manager, HRAD sources of recruitment such as but not limited to joining job fairs, doing campus recruitment from universities, placing advertisements in the newspaper and entertaining applicants whether walk-in, on-line or by mails.

Conduct preliminary screening of applicants and recommend qualified candidates to Junior manager, HRAD before referring to appropriate department managers.

Administer pre-employment exams to qualified applicants or send the applicants to accredited Testing Center (if not available in-house).

Summarize all applicants profile as interviewed.

Do reference and background checks on prospective employees by telephone or in writing.

Process new employee/s for contract signing, payroll inclusion and benefits orientation.

Conduct Orientation of new employees (below managerial level).

Assist in the implementation of policies and procedures; may sometimes be required to explain or interpret policies.

Assist in the maintenance of the Job Evaluation Plan and development or revision of Job descriptions.

Assist in the maintenance and administration of compensation and benefits program; monitor salary increase recommendations as received to ensure compliance with the set guidelines.

Supervise and check the activities of HR Staff, if any.

Coordinate to all interfaced department on HR and Admin related matters.

Maintain all necessary HR records and reports.

Coordinate with department managers and Training Manager for the trainings or seminars to be conducted.

Process promotion of employees in accordance with policies on promotion.

Assist the HR and Administration Manager in the review and revision of policies for approval of the President.

Conduct Exit Interview.

Monitor and renew all Insurance policies, contract of Lease of Tierra Agri Technologies Inc. in collaboration with UFERI & UIC's HRAD Supervisor and/ or Manager.

Collaborate with HRAD Supervisor and/ or Manager in regard to Annual Physical Examination (APE), renewal of Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) Insurance and other HR related matters.

JOB SPECIFICATION

Formal Education : College graduate, Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science or equivalent course

Experience : At least two (2) years related experience in actual HR operation(s): such as recruitment, organizational studies and planning, organizational studies and planning, compensation and benefits, training and development, and/or the general aspects of the Human Resource Management function

Others : Above average inter-personal/ communication skills. Computer Literate(Competent in MS Word, Powerpoint, and Excel Skills. Detail-Oriented, capable of multi- tasking and pro-active. Loves interacting with and knows how to handle, inspire, and get the most out of people of various professional levels and cultural backgrounds. Team player highly organized, values-oriented, creative and can work with minimum supervision. Familiarity with labor and employments policies and regulations.
