DISPATHER

Receive daily trip dispatch plan from coordinator.

Arrange TABS, PRE- ADVISE of container (LOADED & EMPTY)

Prepares daily cash position report and cash breakdown for replenishment of trucking fund.

Monitoring of CY (Head Office) incoming & outgoing movement.

Provide necessary requirements in dispatching such as Truck diesel, checklist, and gate pass on every trip.

Responsible for the issuance of every trip allowance of drivers and helpers (TDF).

Encoding of daily trip for reference in replenishment of the trucking fund.

Monitoring of Trucking location from time to time.

Daily report CY status (Count of loaded and empty container) and organized CY parking to Manager and traffic supervisor.

Attending Rescue, impound, towing, mechanical problems and other concerns truck drivers.

Any given task from time to time.
