Fund Management Manager

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or any related course

With proven experience in fund management, real estate finance, or commercial banking, with a focus on managing loan applications of real estate developers; at least 5 years experience at the same level of capacity

Strong financial analysis skills, with the ability to evaluate investment opportunities and assess project feasibility.

Knowledge of real estate market dynamics, property valuation methods, and financing structures.
