JOB DESCRIPTION:

Manage team of Sales

Manager and Property Specialists.

Provide marketable and feasible place for sellers.

Provide feasible plans for the division.

Provides marketing and sales strategies.

Recruit and train sales directors and sales selling managers

Provide reports.

Provides marketing and sales activities for the division.

Make plans to hit sales quota.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SD:

- Male or Female- Minimum of 3-5 years Real Estate experience- At least 2-3 years of Team Management experience in Real Estate- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Highly organized, committed & target driven- College graduate.- Licensed Real Estate Broker.
