JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as real estate, construction management, business administration, or a related discipline
With at least 5 years experience in real estate industry (horizontal projects) particularly in property handover roles.
Strong understanding of construction processes, property development, and building codes and standards
Familiar with quality control and assurance processes
JOB DESCRIPTION:
He/She will assist client concerns during unit inspection.
Responsible for punch listing the units from the Construction Management Team (CMT) before handover to the buyer.
Coordinates with CMG for scheduling of unit handover.
Provides support and assures a quality and efficient handover of units to the buyers.
Conducts punch listing of units with a buyer and ensures 100% - unit acceptance on the day of turnover.
Coordinates with CMT for rectification if there is a buyer's punch list
Ensures that rectification of the unit is within the scheduled timeline.
Submits all necessary reports such as weekly monitoring of handover per account.
Shall handle difficult clients, before endorsement to Handover Manager.
