JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
A graduate of BS in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil) or its equivalent
Proven working experience in civil engineering
Ability to travel as and when required.
Must be honest and has integrity
Organized and able to do task with minimum supervision
With ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure
With ability to do multi-tasking
Project management and supervision skills required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepares and implements the Project Execution Plan (PEP).
Conducts the Weekly Progress Meetings (Internal as well as with contractor)
Monitors work in progress and prepares weekly report of the status & development of project to Top Management.
Coordinates materials and assists in the logistics, its shipment and receipt at construction site.
Coordinates with all project related personnel on day-today progress of work activities, procurement and operations to ensure timely completion of the project.
Ensures project runs smooth and completed within the budget and timeline
Maintains operations by enforcing project and operational policies and procedures.
Ensures that the project follows the constructions specification and safety standards
Determines project costs by calculating labour, material, and related costs/ estimates.
Directs the development of Visual Designs using software (AutoCad, CAD, etc.) when necessary
Works closely with the Project Management Contractor and other third party
