Our US partner is a consultancy company providing services for EOS, Leadership, Coaching, and Business Planning. They are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Manager to join their finance team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in establishing and enhancing our bookkeeping functions, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.
This is a full-time role, on a US shift and on a Work at Home set-up.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day accounting activities, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes.
Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, providing insights and recommendations to executive management.
Conduct regular financial reviews to assess the company's financial health and make strategic recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to develop and manage the annual budget.
Provide financial forecasts and variance analysis to assist in decision making processes.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement efficient and effective accounting procedures.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance financial operations.
Set up and manage bookkeeping functions to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
At least 5 years of solid bookkeeping experience
Solid knowledge in setting up QuickBooks Desktop Version, QuickBooks Enterprise, and QuickBooks Premium Plus, and Excel
Strong mathematical skills
Detail-oriented
