MOTORPOOL SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

At least 3- 5 years experience in managing mobilization, repair, and maintenance of light and heavy equipment in the construction industry.

Has knowledge/experience in the civil engineering industry with a reasonable degree in the construction industry.

Knowledgeable in diesel engines.

With a comprehensive understanding of maintenance procedures for various types of construction equipment, including both light and heavy machinery.

With thorough knowledge of safety regulations and best practices related to the operations and best practices related to the operations and maintenance tasks.

Good communication skills.

Possession of ASE certification or other relevant certification in equipment maintenance and repair is an advantage.

Willing to be assigned in Davao City.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead a team of mechanics equipment operators and other support staff.

Monitor the acquisition, operations, and maintenance of all vehicles and machine equipment.

Maintain accurate records, prepare vehicle and equipment specifications, and perform related work as required.

Responsible for overseeing mechanics, operators, and both light and heavy equipment.

Has Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a team of mechanics and equipment operators effectively.

Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with equipment and develop effective solutions to minimize downtime.

Coordinate with mechanics, equipment operators, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Manage inventory and maintain accurate records.

Do occasional site inspections.
