Roles and Responsibilities:
Maintains accurate accounting records and reports
Prepares and consolidates accurate payroll of employees in the company
Manages and ensures company compliance to government requirements
Monitors sales accounts to ensure payments are up-to-date
Performs proper clerical tasks in relation to the Accounting Department
Supports logistics operations from time-to-time
Provides accounting support to the Accounting Manager, and other managers, if needed
Qualifications:
Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or the equivalent; preferably a Certified Public Accountant
Must have at least 1 year experience in Finance and Accounting; specifically, operational and administrative activities such as bookkeeping, auditing and payroll preparation
Required Skill(s): Excellent communication, (both oral and written), organization, and administrative skills
Must be proficient in Microsoft Applications, especially MS Excel
Must be detail-oriented, timely, trustworthy, hard-working and resourceful
Knowledgeable in any computerized-accounting system
