Lead and enable a team of Graphic Artists and Copywriters to translate ideas into compelling yet strategic communication materials that cuts across multiple touchpoints
S/he will work closely with the Project Leads to define, create, and implement creative strategies and materials (from direct to member communications, social media contents (reels/videos/trending content) that will drive performance
Responsible for establishing and maintaining the brand's voice and style guide
Research on current industry trends and campaigns of competitors to be able to proivde relevant ideas and visual executions
Define and traffic the creative process to ensure timely submission of communication materials
Help manage external creative resources to produce communication materials on time and within established budget
Mentor the Creatives Team while safeguarding their creative output to be on-brief, fresh, effective, and well-crafted
