1. Directly reporting to HR Group Supervisor
2. Responsible for monitoring and assessing hazardous and unsafe situations.
3. Correct unsafe acts or conditions through the regular line of authority.
4. May exercise emergency authority to prevent or stop unsafe acts when immediate action is required.
5. Maintains awareness of an active and developing situations.
6. Ensure there are safety messages in each Incident Action Plan.
7. Participate in planning meetings to identify any health and safety concerns inherit in the operations daily work-plan.
8. Provide advice, support and assistance to all personnel to enable them to discharge their Health, Safety and Environment responsibilities.
9. Develop and deliver suitable safety training programs for all personnel (Including routine project inductions, toolbox talks and project / topic specific presentations).
10. CCTV Monitoring.
