Job Descriptions:
Answering customer’s questions via phone and/or live chat
Maintaining and updating customers’ accounts
Responding to customers’ complaint, determining the cause of the issue, selecting and explaining the best solutions to the customers
Collecting and analyzing customer’s feedback for service improvement
Requirements:
Must be able to speak, read and write in Vietnamese
Preferably with at least 1-2 years Customer Service experience
Must be willing to work on shifting schedule
Must be willing to work in Makati, Philippines
