Produce Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Produce Analyst to oversee our produce analysis in manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in produce analysis, a keen attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. As the Produce Analyst, you will be responsible for:

· Performing analyses on raw soya beans, palm kernel, and cashew nut at receipt according to the set standards and method of analyses.

· Responsible for performing analyses on raw soya beans, palm kernel, and cashew nut while issuing from stack to production

· Ensure that Good housekeeping (GHK), Good hygiene practices (GHP), and Good manufacturing practices (GMP) are maintained at the raw materials warehouse.

· Ensure proper stacking, arrangement, and labeling of raw cocoa at the raw materials warehouse by Lot, date received, and results.

· Provision and documentation of CCP and OPRP forms as may be required.

· Responsible for ensuring that raw soya beans, palm kernel, and cashew nut received and dispatched meet both internal and international requirements as per specification

· Daily filling of the checklist forms at the raw materials warehouse (room temperature, relative humidity.

· Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Science and Technology, or a related field.

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the agricultural or manufacturing sector or a related industry.

· Strong knowledge of agricultural production processes, and food processing can be advantageous, as well as relevant safety and quality standards.

· Candidate should possess strong analytical skills for analyzing data related to agricultural production, identifying inefficiencies, and optimizing opportunities for improvement.

· Experience with quality management systems (QMS), lean manufacturing principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.

· Candidate should possess strong communication skills for conveying analysis findings, making recommendations, and collaborating with production managers. This includes the ability to write clear reports and deliver presentations.

· Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and reliability in analysis.

· Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
