Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage inventory based on sales forecasts and production requirements.

Implement and maintain cost-effective manufacturing processes, including time studies and tooling adjustments.

Prepare and release weekly production plans, ensuring timely completion of projects.

Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production levels and generate MIS reports to track progress.

Coordinate cross-departmental activities with vendors, Quality Control, and Supervisory staff.

Lead and develop your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency.

Regularly assess the effectiveness of implemented processes and make adjustments as necessary.

Maintain comprehensive documentation of all operational processes and outcomes.

Engage hands-on in fieldwork as necessary to ensure production goals are met.

Required Qualifications:

B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Automobile, or Production Engineering.

3-5 years of relevant experience in gearbox manufacturing or a similar OEM environment.

Proficiency in ERP systems and strong familiarity with MS Excel and CNC machines.
