Role: Identity Access Management - Consultant & Sr. Consultant

Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune

Hybrid Mode Position

Exp: 3 - 8 years

The primary responsibilities include:

Designing and implementing large-scale identity and access management (IAM) solutions.

Collaborating with clients, engaging with client teams in both onsite and offshore delivery models.

Advanced debugging and troubleshooting of issues, including liaising with technology vendors.

Contributing to eminence activities, such as crafting whitepapers on IAM technologies.

Leading requirements gathering and design documentation through workshops in onsite/offshore delivery models across multiple projects.

Customizing, configuring, and developing IAM solution integrations based on requirements and design, while independently managing project deliverables to successful completion.

Leading IAM strategy engagements, including IAM road map creation and vendor selection.

Supporting business development efforts by aiding in request for proposal (RFP) and sales processes.

Leading process compliance activities, identifying and driving initiatives relevant for project delivery while promoting reusability and associated benefits.

Requirements

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, Management, or equivalent.

3 to 8 years of experience.

Experience in implementing at least two IAM engagements, covering requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and application support across platforms like Saviynt, Okta, ForgeRock, SailPoint, Oracle, Cloud PAM, CyberArk, PingFederate, Active Directory, Azure AD, Angular Developer, and Springboot Developer.

Proficiency in advanced application integration with IAM solutions, including advanced provisioning (e.g., multilevel workflows), single sign-on (WIA, Forms, HTTP), and PKI concepts.

Familiarity with technologies such as Java, LDAP, SSL RDBMS, and Linux.

Strong understanding of web/application servers (IIS, WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, Apache).

Experience in developing/configuring standard/custom IAM integrations using Java, .NET, or other major scripting languages.

Hands-on experience in development, estimations, sizing, and custom IAM integrations.

Advanced documentation and presentation skills, well-versed with software development life cycle processes.

Ability to create, plan, and execute advanced IAM trainings and independently drive proof of concepts involving emerging IAM technologies.

Exposure to process frameworks and methodologies.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred:

IAM technology certifications.

PMP, CISSP certification, and exposure to other security domains.

CA-TD, CA-MM, CA-RR, CA-KS1, CA-GS
