Assistant Cafe Manager

We are looking for applicants who are friendly, enthusiastic, and who genuinely enjoy serving guests. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a customer service position and good knowledge of how POS systems operate. You should also be available to work evening and weekend shifts.

Train and manage front of the house staff

Accurately perform inventory and ordering tasks

Resolve guest issues

We ask you to:

greet and engage with customers

assist customers with placing their orders

run food and bus tables

prepare salads, cappuccinos, lattes, and tasty hot chocolates

keep the dining room and register area clean and organized

be a leader to the front of the house team

Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary. Prior experience is necessary.
