Duties and Responsibilities: Participates in the nursing process by providing input to the member's plan of care.
Implements the care plan as written.
Evaluates effectiveness of care plan, makes recommendations for revisions as appropriate.
Records all pertinent observations and treatments as per facility policy.
Provides for the emotional and physical comfort and safety of the member.
Performs nursing procedures for which he/she has been trained.
Notifies appropriate person about unusual symptoms and/or changes in conditions of our member's.
Participates in case conferences, meetings and performance improvement activities as assigned.
Maintains patient and business confidentiality.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
