Service Reception:

The Wayne Subaru Service Reception is the first contact with our Service Department. Our customers are apart of the Wayne Subaru family. You are the voice that welcomes our customers into Wayne Subaru over the phone. This is where you begin to establish a relationship between Wayne Subaru Service and the customer. The process of building that relationship begins with earning a customer’s trust and respect with how they are greeted over the phone. The final step in the process is earning their business. For a Wayne Subaru Service Receptionist, product knowledge is the key to building rapport by answering all the customers questions quickly and accurately. Cashiering:

This is a customer facing position at our service counter. Customer service experience and skills will be a definite asset. You must have basic math skills for confirming customer payments. You will also be handling cash, check, or credit card transactions.

Responsibilities:

Understand and use CRM and DMS for setting daily appointments.

Professional phone skills, proper contextualization for texting and email correspondence.

Build rapport and develop good relationships.

Ask pertinent questions and listen carefully to customer’s answers.

Daily build and develop product knowledge to be a Subaru CSR Service expert.

Follow-up with customers to establish a constant flow of referral business.

Accurately communicate Service options and intervals.

Communicate with Service Manager concerning objectives, activities, and reviews.

Be ready to win everyday!

Qualifications:

Automotive Service Reception Experience, (preferably Subaru Service experience)

Available for required hours during the week.

Positive attitude and genuinely like people.

Be ready and eager to learn all aspects of the CSR position and always look to improve.

Communicate effectively with customers and other Wayne Subaru family members.

Consistent and professional appearance in keeping with Wayne Subaru required dress code.

Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
