This position pays a $2.00 per hour shift differential for hours worked from 11pm Friday through 11pm Sunday for both FT and PT employees.

The Cheryl Program is a group home for adolescents in a community setting. We are looking for direct support professionals to make a positive difference with the Consumers in the program. Relate with adolescents, understand what they are going through in their lives and build rapport

Show adolescents that they can change their lives on their own by giving them direction

Use positive reinforcement and other techniques to keep adolescents on the right track

Assist in teaching life skills, such as cooking, laundry and cleaning

Get moving and go outside to play basketball, tennis, hiking, bean bag toss and other activities

Lead by example and have a positive mindset

Full time and part time positions are available. Various shifts are available.
