Wimbush & Associates, a premier executive search firm, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Cold Email Outreach Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will manage, optimize, and elevate our existing cold outreach campaigns to generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and enhance our overall engagement strategies using our top-tier tools and platforms.

Key Objectives and Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Achieve a target of 40 Sales Qualified Leads per month who attend initial discovery calls with our sales team.

Campaign Management: Take charge of ongoing campaigns, applying optimization techniques to improve performance and reach.

Email Strategy Execution: Manage email lists, ensuring high hygiene standards; utilize our ESPs like Reply.io, G Suite, and Outlook to maximize inbox placement and response rates.

Performance Analysis: Weekly reporting on message activity, open rates, response rates, A/B testing results, technical and domain health, and the number of MQLs generated and transitioned to sales.

Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all outreach activities are compliant with applicable laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR) and best practices for email marketing.

Required Skills and Experiences:

Proven Expertise in Email Marketing: Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale email campaigns and familiarity with tools like NeverBounce, Hunter, and Mail-Tester.

Proven experience driving qualified sales appointments via Email, Linkedin and Phone

Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze campaign data to drive improvements and report on key metrics.

Knowledge of Email Authentication: Proficient in implementing SPF, DKIM, and DMARC protocols.

AI tools, must be already fully adopted in current activities and be continually master the latest and greatest AI tools

Content Creation: Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to craft personalized and compelling email content and subject lines.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Reply.io, G Suite, Outlook, and CRM systems; comfortable with data management and analysis tools.

Resourcefulness: Ability to use ZoomInfo and other data sources to target the right prospects effectively.
