Overview:

The role of RMO (Resident Medical Officer) with BAMS/BHMS qualification is vital to our organization as they play a crucial role in providing medical care and support to patients in the ICU and emergency settings. The RMO's expertise and quick decision-making skills are essential in handling critical cases and ensuring the well-being of patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide round-the-clock medical care for patients in the ICU and emergency ward

Monitor and assess patients' conditions, and collaborate with the medical team for treatment planning

Administer medications and treatments as per the patients' needs

Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate interventions

Perform routine check-ups and attend to the medical needs of in-patients

Assist in coordinating and implementing patient care plans

Maintain accurate medical records and documentation

Ensure compliance with medical standards, protocols, and safety measures

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team

Participate in medical rounds and discussions

Stay updated with medical advancements and best practices

Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications:

Qualified BAMS/BHMS degree from a recognized institution

Minimum 2 years of experience in ICU and emergency care

Valid state medical license and registration

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in using medical equipment and technology
