Assistant Construction Manager**

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Assistant Construction Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to support the Construction Director with on-site field construction management activities associated with the completion of assigned construction package(s)

**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Directly reporting to PMC Construction Director

+ Collaborate in maintaining a strong client relationship as a primary contact.

+ Collaborate in reporting project progress meeting with the client.

+ Assist in reviewing cost and risk analyses and extra work claims for the client

+ Supports to ensure compliance with Company HSEQ policies and procedures

+ Monitoring the manpower deployment schedule of each construction projects

+ Collaborate in leading construction management efforts and play a pivotal role in project delivery.

+ Assist in directing and meticulously assessing the overall planning of construction activities to identify critical milestones and priorities.

+ Contribute to the development and implementation of efficient office and field procedures.

+ Collaborate in possessing knowledge of pertinent contract documents specific to the project.

+ Apply technical knowledge to support comprehensive constructability analysis and review construction documents.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

+ Minimum 10 years of related work experience providing construction and project management services

+ Proven ability to effectively assist in managing teams and communicating with clients.

+ Supervisory experience in large civil/structural and/or infrastructure projects (roads, highways,bridges,airport) construction in the Middle East is preferred.

+ Good written and oral communications skills both in English and Arabic,

+ Thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations are also required.

+ Knowledgeable of current technology and how it can be effectively utilized on the project.
