Job Description:

We are seeking a Global Lean Manager for the Americas region. In this role, you will lead the implementation of Lean initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement based on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Costs, Environment, and People.

About Our Client's Lean Program:

The Lean program is designed to cultivate a lean culture of continuous improvement, empowering employees to contribute to the enhancement of processes based on company values and lean principles.

Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation of Lean methodologies across various plants within the Americas region.

Work closely with plant teams to identify, implement, and evaluate lean initiatives.

Provide training and coaching on Lean Principles, methodologies, and tools.

Establish links between Group-level Objectives & Key Results (OKR), Site strategy, Site Performance, and Lean deployment roadmap.

Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure standardized deployment and achieve objectives.Your Profile:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Lean manufacturing, preferably in a global manufacturing environment.

Strong indirect leadership abilities and experience collaborating with stakeholders.

Deep understanding of production systems and proven track record in implementing Lean transformation.

Excellent English communication skills; knowledge of Spanish and Portuguese is advantageous.

Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills.

Travel 60-70% in the AmericasBasic Education and Requirements:

Minimum of five years of experience in implementing Production Systems.

Expertise in Lean principles and methodologies.

Positive attitude, excellent persuasion skills, and ability to handle complexity.Skills Needed:

Strong interpersonal and English language skills.

Leadership and teamwork abilities.

Professional expertise in project management and organizational skills.
