Qualifications:

Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering Degree or equivalent.

Government Certificate of Competency (GCC) Factories

Related Experience:

2 -5 years experience as a Plant Manager in an energy generation / utilities environment or 5 Years experience as Maintenance Manager in an energy production / utilities environment.

Key Performance Outputs:

Overall responsibility for the plant performance:

Production Management.

Plant availability.

Engineering management.

Maintenance management.

Operations management.

HR management.

Procurement management.

Works management.

Financial management.

Safety and risk management.

Outages and outage management.

Environmental management.

Change management.

Set up and management of key performance indicators per discipline above.

16(2) Appointee by Shareholders to carry out health & safety responsibilities.

19(3) Chairperson of health & safety committee.

Compiling and submission of strategic reports to Operator (Contractor) and client including but not limited to engineering budget, site performances, HR performance, safety performance and environmental performance.
