Job Description
Your responsibilities will be the following:
Plan and organize multiple production orders to meet specifications and deadlines.
Ensure efficient utilization of resources, minimizing waste and maximizing productivity.
Determine and conduct on-the-job training to maximize production team effectiveness.
Ensure manufacturing sub-stations fully comply with material and technical design standards.
Allocate staff rostering to remove workflow bottlenecks.
Ensure the necessary raw materials required for production are timeously available.
Determine and schedule the maintenance work required on operating equipment to ensure smooth and
efficient manufacturing.
Ensure furniture produced meets quality standards.
Implement online quality control measures to enhance product excellence and minimize waste creation.
Provide insights for process improvement and efficiency gains.
Qualifications
Matric
Diploma in Production/Business Management preferable
Skills
Min 8 years experience in this role with manufacturing and distribution
Proficient in MS Office
Strong communication and management skills
