Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualifications: Business Admin or Supply Chain or Finance Managment
Functional Experience:
* 5-7 years' experience in support services is required
* Experience in the Construction / property sector will be advantage
* 3-5 Years experience in a Managerial position
MS Knowledge:
* Word - Advanced
* Excel - Advanced
* Powerpoint - Advanced
Responsibilities:
* The incumbent is responsible for the implementation of the strategic plant.
* To manage and monitor the performance of support services as well as ensuring that internal and external relationships are maintained and developed.
* To ensure effective capacity management of available resources
* Manage, monitor and control (Procurement, Plant and Office administration)
* Act as an escalation point to the team ir interdepartmental unit in addressing and resolving queries
* Ensure teams adherence to correct procedures and protocol
* Build and maintain relationships with site managers and suppliers
* Continually develop own expertise in terms of professionalism, industry and legislation knowledge
