Ecolab, the global leader in water, hygiene and infection prevention solutions and services, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst I or II, to join our Global Supply Chain team, which provides support for Global Operations Administration and Global Supply Chain Capital Expenditures.
This position includes the month-end close, forecasting, annual planning, and reporting. This role works directly with the executive leaders of Supply Chain and Engineering to build strategic financial plans and forecasts that will support savings projects, IT Projects and other key investments. The role reports to the Finance Manager – Latin America Supply Chain with and works closely with the Global Finance Manager – Global Cash Flows in the United States.
What You Will Do:
Strategic financial analysis of Global Operations Administration functional spend ($75M+ Annual Spend) and Global Supply Chain Capital Expenditures ($200M+ Annual Spend)
Prepare and post month-end journal entries for over 20 Global Operations Administration cost centers, including necessary cross-charges across regions or other functions for centralized spend
Support and manage mid-year and annual plan process for Global Operations Administration and partner with Global engineering on annual Global Supply Chain Capital Expenditures budget timeline and corporate requirements
Complete monthly close and forecast process for Global Operations Administration, including invoice tracking, understanding drivers and risks & opportunities
Present monthly to SVP Global SC Finance of monthly actuals and forecast analytics, as well as review results with Global functional leaders for their spend
Provide support for Global SC FP&A team on consolidation of Regional + Global Operations Administration headcount and spend information for budget and forecast as required (~3 times a year through budget and mid-year reviews)
Primary contact responsible for HR Finance Bonus CoE on PIP and MIP eligible roster updates for Global Operations Administration employees, working in close partnership with global HR team
Partner with Global Engineering team on monthly close and forecast process for Global Supply Chain Capital Expenditures as well as quarterly Capital compliance monitoring for Construction-in-Progress, open CAR’s and PIR review updates
Provide insight and answer questions from CP&A on specific Ops Admin requests throughout the year
Coordinate annual restatement processes for any activity impacting Global Operations Administration cost centers
Provide ad hoc finance support as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Minimum 4+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting
