Description:
Veeva Commercial Modules:
• Lead the configuration, customization, and administration of Veeva CRM, Vault PromoMats, Veeva Network, and other commercial modules.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient solutions within the Veeva ecosystem.
• Drive system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations to optimize commercial operations and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices, workflows, and configuration options to maximize the value of Veeva platforms.
Veeva Quality Management:
• Oversee the implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of Veeva QualityDocs, Vault QualityDocs, Vault QMS, and related quality modules.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EMA) and industry standards through effective utilization of Veeva quality systems.
• Develop and maintain quality processes, procedures, and documentation within Veeva platforms to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on quality management practices and Veeva quality modules, providing training and support to end-users as needed.
Technical and Functional Expertise:
• Possess a deep understanding of both the technical and functional aspects of Veeva platforms, including data model, configuration options, workflows, and reporting capabilities.
• Utilize SQL, Apex, and other relevant programming languages to develop custom solutions, integrations, and data migrations within the Veeva ecosystem.
• Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications and system configurations.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and system enhancements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Skill Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Veeva commercial and quality management platforms.
• Strong technical skills with proficiency in SQL, Apex, and other programming languages.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., FDA, EMA).
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Veeva Administrator or Developer certification.
• Experience with Veeva CRM, Vault PromoMats, and other Veeva commercial modules
