Referee Position - Laser Tag Rule Enforcer in Fayetteville, NC, US

Shift Requirements:

Weekend shifts mandatory

Saturday shifts: 10:45 am - 4:30 pm or 4 pm - 10 pm

Sunday shift: 11 am - 7:30 pm

Weekly Hours:

Full-time position: 32-45 hours per week

Part-time position: Approximately 15-20 hours per week based on availability Join us for the most fun in town at Battle House Laser Tag!

Compensation:

$11 - $14 hourlyResponsibilities:

Ensure all customers at Battle House Laser Tag have an enjoyable experience while playing

Monitor and enforce adherence to laser tag rules and regulations

Familiarize yourself with laser tag equipment and the art of creating a fun environment for players (Ref sciences)

Master and present various game modes to groups of up to 50 customers at once, showcasing your public speaking skills

Qualifications:

Excellent public speaking abilities are a must

Outstanding customer service skills are required

Strong teamwork capabilities are essential

Exceptional people skills are a necessity

Effective communication and crowd management skills are vital

Dependability is key

A positive and upbeat attitude is highly valued
