Starting with the role:

Currently, we are searching to hire an Aggregation Supervisor to join our Energy Origination Team.

As Aggregation Supervisor you will be responsible for the collection, analysis and monitoring of data related to RES (Renewable Energy Sources) aggregation as well as to the DR (Demand Response) aggregation and provision of relevant information to support the Department’s trading activities

During your day you will:

Propose, implement and monitor the RES and DR aggregator marketing strategies

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of forecasting methodologies used

Maintain and expand client relationships

Maintain & monitor information related to the RES and DR Aggregator portfolio. More specifically:

- Collect RES and DR aggregation data in cooperation with the O&M Section

- Perform RES and DR aggregation data analysis, including forecasting

- Provide RES and DR aggregation data to the Energy Management Section towards supporting respective trading activities

Handle billing activities of RES and DR aggregation clients, including cross-checking forecasted, operational and cleared energy amounts, as well as the energy amount distribution across RES assets

Be responsible for the documentation archive related to the RES Aggregator activity (e.g. IPTO and DAPEEP periodic energy reports, invoices)

Manage the compilation of necessary activity reports for Management

Execute account management activities, including developing and maintaining business relationships with RES and DR aggregation clients

Support the efforts to identify new RES and DR aggregation clients

What you need to stand out:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business Administration or other related field

Master’s degree or MBA will be considered a plus

Minimum 3 years’ experience in the RES sector

Experience in forecasting methodologies and DR activity

Knowledge of programming language(s) (MATLAB, Python, etc.) will be preferred

Proficient use of MS Office tools, especially Excel

Excellent command of the English language (oral and written)
