Chemical Process Engineer II

We are seeking a talented and experienced Chemical Process Engineer II to join our team.

The Chemical Process Engineer II will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing chemical processes, equipment, and systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical engineering, experience with process simulation software, and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and optimize chemical processes, equipment, and systems to improve efficiency, quality, and safety

Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses for new process development projects

Perform process simulations and modeling to predict and optimize process performance

Develop and maintain process documentation, including P&IDs, equipment specifications, and operating procedures

Troubleshoot and resolve process issues to ensure safe and reliable operation

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, maintenance, and R&D, to achieve project goals

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards for process safety and environmental protection

Participate in HAZOP studies and process safety reviews
