Responsibilities: Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables that meet client expectations and regulatory requirements.

Direct and supervise audit teams, providing guidance, support, and feedback to staff members throughout the audit process.

Review workpapers, financial statements, and audit reports prepared by audit staff, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with auditing standards.

Perform risk assessment, develop audit plans, and identify areas of focus based on client needs, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.

Conduct complex audit procedures and analyses, including testing of internal controls, substantive testing, and analytical procedures.

Communicate audit findings, deficiencies, and recommendations to clients and senior management, offering valuable insights and actionable solutions.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and contributing to client retention and satisfaction.

Stay abreast of changes in auditing standards, regulations, and industry best practices, and incorporate relevant updates into audit methodologies and procedures.

Assist in the development of audit policies, procedures, and training programs to enhance audit quality and efficiency.

Participate in business development activities, including networking, proposal preparation, and client presentations, to grow the firm's audit practice and revenue opportunities.

Ensure compliance with firm policies, procedures, and quality control standards related to audit services.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field required; Master's degree in accounting or CPA certification preferred.

8+ years of experience in public accounting or a related industry, with a focus on audit and assurance services.

Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards, principles, and practices, including GAAP and GAAS.

Proven experience in managing and leading audit engagements of varying complexity and size.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively mentor and develop audit staff.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and drive client satisfaction.

Proficiency in audit software (e.g., Caseware, IDEA, ACL) and Microsoft Excel.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
