Audit & Accounting Principal (Hybrid)

This role allows for 3 days remote following the initial onboarding period As an Audit and Accounting Principal, you will assume a key leadership role, overseeing and managing our audit, assurance, and accounting practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and exceptional client satisfaction.

You will leverage your extensive experience, technical expertise, and leadership skills to drive the success and growth of our firm while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the firm's audit, assurance, and accounting practices, including planning, organizing, and directing all aspects of engagements to ensure timely delivery, compliance with professional standards, and client satisfaction.

Provide strategic direction and leadership for the audit and accounting teams, setting goals, developing initiatives, and implementing best practices to achieve growth and profitability targets.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that meet client needs and expectations.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expand the firm's client base, and participate in business development activities such as proposal development, client presentations, and networking events.

Oversee a team of professionals within the audit and accounting practices, providing guidance, mentorship, and support for their professional development and growth.

Stay informed of changes in accounting and auditing standards, regulations, and industry trends, and apply this knowledge to enhance the quality of services and ensure compliance with relevant requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelors in Accounting, Finance or related field

Active CPA license

12+ years related work experience
