Period: 05/27/2024 to 11/29/2024– possibility of extension
Hours/Week: 40 hours
Rate: $30-$35/hour (Hours over 40 will be paid at Time and a Half)

Scope of Services:
The Project Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of project activities. Responsibilities include meticulous record-keeping by recording meeting minutes, scheduling invites, sending reminders, and managing pre- and post-meeting materials. The role also encompasses tracking meeting deliverables, maintaining updated lists of key stakeholders, such as RAN advisors, internal RA leadership, and ATLAS champions, and communicating their status to the PMO team. Additionally, the Project Coordinator will handle invoice processing, purchase order tracking, and supplier documentation maintenance, along with monitoring a shared mailbox. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint is essential, and experience with Ariba is desired. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, excel in a fast-paced environment, possess strong communication skills, and work autonomously with minimal oversight.
Role, Responsibilities, and Deliverables:
Record meeting minutes
Schedule Meeting invites
Send meeting reminders
Send pre- and post-meeting materials
Send follow-up reminders for deliverables
Track and communicate meeting deliverables
Maintain accurate list of RAN advisors (suppliers), internal RA leadership, and ATLAS champions
Communicate status of meeting responses to the PMO team
Track and process invoices
Track purchase order status for suppliers
Maintain supplier documentation
Maintain documentation in SharePoint
Monitor shared mailbox
Experience:
Detail oriented
Extensive experience in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
Ariba experience desired
Ability to work in fast paced environment and multitask
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers, team members and management
Ability to work autonomously with little oversight of day-to-day work
