Business Analytics Advisor (0251192)

Analyzes enterprise-level initiatives using data in claims, membership, client, and other necessary databases. Supports the five-year strategy through analysis and collaborating with cross-functional delivery teams. Creates, modifies, and maintains databases and reporting tools, recommending improvements as appropriate. Integrates data from multiple sources and performs complex data analysis to find root causes and opportunities. Researches key drivers and changes through various analyses and communicates findings to program leads and matrix leadership. Makes recommendations to optimize efficiency and results, using automation where appropriate. Develops a thorough knowledge of systems, processes, and methodologies related to these analyses and communicates relevant information to technical and non-technical audiences. Requires a Master’s degree in Statistics, Business Analytics, or a closely related field (or a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business Analytics, or a closely related field and 2 years of business analytics experience). Must have knowledge of or experience with: Teradata; Hadoop; R; Python; and Tableau. Qualifying knowledge or experience may be acquired during graduate-level academic studies in Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
