Barista Full Time

$21-$28 / hour. (Base wage $17-$20 + tips average $8 / hour). Flexible scheduling.

Stellar Brew & Natural Cafe in Mammoth Lakes, CA is looking for a Barista to join our 16 person strong team. We are located on 3280 B Main St. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, hard-working, and will contribute to the positive and fun working environment we strive to create.

Responsibilities

Prepare espresso drinks & smoothies

Run cash register and provide excellent customer service

Maintain a clean and tidy work area

Stock and prep

Work hard while having fun

Qualifications

Barista / Smoothie experience preferred (not required)

Customer service experience required

Ability to multi-task effectively

Strong attention to detail

Ability to listen and communicate effectively

Most importantly, a positive attitude
