Title of Position: Service Manager

Job Description: The Service Manager will supervise all FOH daily procedures, including ensuring the highest quality of customer service is being given and team members are increasingly being trained, coached and developed the appropriate way. Together with the other members of the management team, the Service Manager will abide by a Daily Manager Agenda and ensure that all FOH scheduling is conducted in accordance with the budget. The Service Manager will also be involved with marketing strategies and assisting in making sure they are planned and executed in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

This position requires a minimum of 1-2 years' experience as a Service Manager in a high volume restaurant

The Service Manager must be passionate about, and thrive on, the development and the mentoring of others

The ability to drive positive sales and raise guest counts is a must for the Service Manager

Trust, honesty, integrity and a true passion for customer satisfaction is a requirement for the Service Manager

The Service Manager should act as a "brand ambassador" for our company at all times
