A Day in the Life of The Regional Sales Manager, Americas:

Identifying and prospecting new customers in the Americas, focusing on airlines and heavy maintenance MROs.

Developing and maintaining close relationships with customers in the region.

Negotiating contract terms and ensuring continuous RFQ flow.

Creating and implementing effective sales strategies to grow business opportunities.

Preparing and presenting to prospective clients and internal executives.

Providing consultancy on complex matters and monitoring customer debt collection.

Organizing and leading weekly sales team meetings.

Reporting on budget performance and providing relevant market updates.

Fulfilling yearly targets and completing tasks assigned by management.

Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Minimum of 2 years' experience in Sales/Marketing in the Aviation industry.

Strong network within the aviation industry, particularly with airlines and MROs in the Americas.

Proven experience in aviation parts brokering.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and fluent in English.

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with Quantum and/or AMOS.

Must be located in Miami/Broward counties or willing to relocate.

Travel Requirements:

Up to 50% travel as necessary for job performance.
