Conduct thorough research to identify and engage new corporate members, advertisers, exhibitors, and corporate partners
Collaborate seamlessly with our innovative marketing team to develop and execute customer outreach and lead generation strategies
Follow up with prospects via phone and email to generate exciting new sales opportunities and share potential collaborations with relevant departments
Maintain organized lists and target groups for personalized outreach
Connect with corporate members and exhibitors to present and sell captivating advertising opportunities
Collect, vet, and distribute advertisements with precision and creativity
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure the seamless fulfillment of purchased advertisements
Manage the sales CRM platform, ensuring accurate lead and sales data entry and comprehensive analysis of CRM data
Oversee the booth sales process, prioritizing returning exhibitors and corporate partnersRequirements of the Business Development Coordinator:
Completed bachelor’s degree
Any previous sales experience, preferably in exhibit, advertising, or sponsorship sales
Exceptional project coordination and time management skills, thriving in a deadline-oriented environment with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Superior written and oral communication skills
Strong negotiation and people skills
Creative communication skills with a keen attention to detail
A positive attitude, excelling both independently and in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Knowledge of iMIS, CRM, and other database software is preferred
