Salary: 70k-100k BOE
The Program Manager leads the successful operations. Duties include planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and coordinating the efforts of a multi-site team. The Program Manager will serve as the primary point of contact to the Government customer.
The work to be managed by the Program Manager includes:
Initiate, receive, review, and determine the accuracy and completeness of personnel security
Responsible for the overall administrative management of the Contractor personnel and ensuring the achievement of all contract performance requirements.
Prepare personnel security files (PSF).
Perform database checks and inquiries, database and file maintenance.
Order and receive background investigation (BI) products from the Office of Personnel
Management, contract service providers, and other federal agencies.
Respond to Customer Service (5000) line for general assistance inquiries.
Conduct checks from automated repositories/databases in support of contract personnel assignments within Industrial Security.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor of Arts / Science degree or 5+ years of Personnel Security Supervisory/Management experience
Secret Security Clearance
