An experienced and professional Customer Service Representative (CSR) needed for a busy insurance agent. CSR will be the main point of contact for all incoming customer questions and needs and will answer or route appropriately.

Responsibilities
Answer all customer questions via phone or email and submit requested documentation in a timely and efficient manner. Collect payments and address all system alerts prior to urgent status. Follow up on claims and outstanding paperwork.
Requirements
Spanish and English proficiency
High School diploma
Experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Customer service experience
Courteous and friendly demeanor
