Receptionist

- Greet patients and assist the optometrist with pre-testing patients before they see the doctor. Includes: auto-refraction, tonometry, visual fields, color blindness testing, blood pressure, and visual acuities.

- Enter in patient histories into E H R.

- Order contacts, both trials and patient orders.

- Answer phones.

- Set up follow up appointments for patients.

- Set up new appointments for patients and check their insurance.

- Fit and adjust glasses.

-Greet and check in patients.

-Direct patient flow.

-Need to be computer savvy.

-Flexible hours. Weekend availability needed.
