Job Description

A leading manufacturer of supplies used by the pharmaceutical industry is looking for a Controller who can wear multiple hats including office operations. There are 25 people in total so we're looking for a team player that can handle multiple responsibilities.

Your role is pivotal in narrating the financial saga of their company, translating numbers into compelling stories that drive strategic decisions. You will also play a part in onboarding/offboarding employees and office operations duties.

Requirements:

Experience in accounting/finance departments, particularly in small to mid-sized teams.

Adept at engaging with stakeholders, with a knack for making complex financial data easily understandable.

A general understanding of cost accounting and financial analysis.

Proficiency in using ERP systems, ideally with exposure to the manufacturing sector.

Knowledge with HR responsibilities is a strong plus

Salary:

Up to $165K total comp
