Salary: $16.828 - $21.257/hourly

PART-TIME EMPLOYMENT OPENING

JANITOR - RECREATION/COMMUNITY CENTER

The Town of Seabrook is accepting applications for a part-time clerk janitor for the Recreation/Community Center. The position works under the direct supervision of the Director of Recreation

REQUIRED EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE:

Eighteen years of age or older.

Desire high school diploma or GED

Ability to perform heavy manual labor for extended periods under favorable or extreme weather conditions

Must have knowledge of chemicals and cleaners needed to maintain the building efficiently

Must be in good physical condition with the ability to lift 80lbs. and pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle check, physical examination with town physician and pre-employment drug screen

Must have a valid driver's license

HOURS: 15-20 hours per week (evening hours, weekdays and weekends; varies seasonally)

SALARY: $16.828 - $21.257 per hour
