Your New Role:

Join one of the leading pallet management organizations in Houston, TX, as the Accounts Receivable Specialist. You will be responsible for billing clients, verifying transactions, monitoring incoming payments, and spotting accounting discrepancies. You will profoundly impact the organization when you prepare and send invoices, communicate with clients for payment resolutions, and negotiate payment arrangements.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with no weekends to work to offer a good work/life balance.

Your Experience:

An associate degree in accounting or a related field is required; a bachelor's degree is highly preferred.

Two (2) – Three (3) years of experience with collections, invoicing, and accounts receivable is required.

EDI/Portal billing experience in Accounts Receivable is highly preferred.

Essential knowledge of GAAP and basic accounting principles is required.

Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel (creating VLOOKUPS and pivot tables) is required.
