Sales & Service Representative (Bank Teller/Universal Banker)

This full-time Sales and Service Representative position will be located in Alpharetta, GA at 8479 Holcomb Bridge Road. This role is responsible for processing transactions and other customer service requests in the branch, facilitating customer awareness and education of bank capabilities, tools, and resources, and supporting the sales efforts of a branch team by identifying and referring sales opportunities to the appropriate bank partner.

Responsibilities:

The essential functions of the job include, but are not necessarily limited to, the following:

Engaging customers in conversation to understand their banking needs and preferences

Processing transactions accurately and efficiently

Providing assistance with account servicing needs

Facilitating customer awareness and education of bank services, including digital banking capabilities

Introducing customers to other branch team members or bank partners who are able to provide solutions for their financial needs

Qualifications:

Required Education: High School Diploma or GED

Required Experience: 1+ years of recent experience in BOTH cash-handling and customer service

Preferred Items:HIGHLY PREFERRED: 1+ years recent experience in a retail banking or credit union environment

Sales acumen; this role will require engaging in sales support and cold-calling

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Outlook

Comfortability in a fast-paced environment
