Associate $70,000

Licensed $80,000

Location: 5340 S Quebec St #205n, Greenwood Village, CO 80111 (On-site)

Schedule: (2) days a week 11 AM - 7 PM

Responsibilities:

Provide intake assessments for each client entering the program.

Responsible for planning and overseeing admissions to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion.

Develop clear strategies for teams to reach census goals.

Provide orientation for new clients and family members.

Assesses clients for suicide risk and performs screening for suicide risk when needed.

Provides care and monitors symptoms for individuals with moderate or high risk of suicide.

Communicate clearly to team members about admissions related issues.

Coordinate changes and be willing to adapt if necessary

Coordinate between national admissions team and local therapeutic and administrative staff.

Contribute to treatment team meetings.

Provide direct support and supervision of multiple staff as assigned by Executive and Clinical Directors.

Create reports for Executive Director showing trends in admissions.

Provides clinical and administrative supervision as needed.

Provides individual, family, and group therapy as assigned.

Assists the Executive Director with leadership duties including planning and designating resources, following budgets, monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders informed the entire way.

Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in a qualifying area of study is required

1 - 2 years of prior experience in administering behavioral health assessments

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Full state licensure in Colorado that authorizes the practice of psychotherapy (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)

Proficiency in administering suicide screens such as C-SSRS.

Flexible schedule.

Skill in verbal and written communication.

Skill in problem solving, prioritizing, and decision making.

Skill in organization and time management.
