Arthur J. We also offer claims and information management, risk control consulting, and appraisal services to clients around the world.

Responsibilities:

Position Summary

The Training Specialist Associate will be a member of the Talent and HR Transformation Center of Excellence reporting into the Learning Operations Manager. This role is responsible for supporting optimization efforts pertaining to Gallagher’s Learning Management System (LMS), Learning Experience Platform (LXP), and global/cross-divisional training programs. This individual will work with our global teams across Gallagher’s business divisions and functions to manage training content, LMS/LXP system changes, and assist with L&D initiatives.

Additional responsibilities include:

Partner with key stakeholders to maintain training content and project manage course testing

Assist with L&D vendor management and system enhancements and promotion of end user and administrator resources

Manage L&D administrator communications and associated deliverables

Partner with corporate function subject matter experts and Human Resources (HR) and Learning & Development (L&D) stakeholders to support, document, and communicate relevant training, program developments/procedures, and LMS/LXP enhancements/changes

Assist with expanding utilization of L&D shared services and associated resources to enable efficiency across global L&D teams

Work with stakeholders to understand cross-divisional business and/or regulatory training requirements and support solutions to address them

Serve as a point of contact for HR/L&D global team members, corporate functions, and vendors to answer questions, communicate information, and gather insights regarding L&D initiatives and how LMS/LXP functionality or relevant content can support them

Provide additional corporate learning and talent & HR transformation team support

Qualifications:

Required: Bachelor's degree and 1 year related experience required.

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree and 1 year’s related experience required in a professional services environment.

Relationship building and delivery across various stakeholders with a consistent focus on client service

Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities with strong attention to detail, process orientation, and quality assurance

Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to write business correspondence and process documentation

Strong motivation and work ethic, collaborative attitude, and enthusiasm for opportunities

Ability to learn new applications and resources quickly; proficiency with analytics/reporting and Microsoft Office apps (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel, MS Teams)

Experience with LMS administration, particularly, Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD)
