Position overview:
Reporting directly to the Quality manager, our future customer quality responsible will be the customer's representative on the site, You are also responsible for the proper application of the quality policy throughout the site according to the requirements of the customer, the IATF standard, and the group.
Main Missions :
Acting as a main communication partner for the customer
Management of action plans for customer quality concerns
Management and tracking of all customer KPIs including setting and implementation of action plans
Supporting and participating on P-FMEA
Management of customer claims
Preparing 8D reports
Leading problem solving meetings
Cooperating with APQP Engineers
Tracking of PPAP in serial production and customer release evidence
Active participation on change management (product & process)
To be successful for this role :
Engineering degree
More than 3 years of Experience in automotive Industry in a similar position
More than 1 year of Experience in Customer Quality role
Knowledge and practical experience with tools and methods as P-FMEA, PPAP and 8D
Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, 19011
SAP knowledge or similar ERP system is appreciated
Good knowledge of in Office tools (Excel)
Strong organizational skills
Good analytical vision.
Language Skills:
Good communication skills in both French and English is required
