Role

We are looking for a junior to mid-level Digital Designer with a drive and vision for bringing creative ideas to life in the digital space. The person will live and breathe design, be culturally connected and most importantly love the craft and process of creating consistently eye-catching campaigns. They will also need to establish and cultivate a cohesive design team, providing guidance and leadership in creating innovative digital assets while ensuring alignment with the brand identity.

The Designer should have a good understanding of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch & Figma. It would be preferable that they have some experience using After Effects too. Experience with online, mobile and social banner formats is essential while knowing the difference between retina and standard display sizes would be useful. They must be a confident communicator, have a collaborative approach, and an obsessive eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

Localisation of campaigns for 6 markets in the APAC region across digital & DOOH motion platforms for one of our key clients, Apple, but not limited to

Lead and mentor a team of junior designers, setting the creative direction and standards for the department

Be up to date with the latest media trends in tech and advertising innovations

A strong desire to get stuck in, meet new people and have fun

Requirements:

1-5 years of industry experience

A conceptual thinker with the design skills to visualise their ideas

Extensive knowledge of Adobe Suite; more specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch and Figma

Highly organised and proactive with a keen eye for detail and pixel perfect design

Thrive under pressure and welcome challenges
